Hi All, I hav had issues with my Dad all my life and have recently come to the conclusion that the problem may be that he has NPD.

Anybody have any advice in dealing with a parent like this? I feel like I’m going crazy

Try the book, “The Wizard of Oz and other Narcissists: “(I forget the subtitle). It’s quite helpful for helping you identify each behavior that fits in the NPD list of symptoms, how to respond to them, and how to set rules for yourself on how to deal with them.
If you’re a minor and still living under his control, seek help from a qualified professional. If you’re an adult, the book will help you figure out how to set boundaries to protect yourself from his NPD.

Please deal with his NPD now so that you do not pass it on to your kids.
